Araldi participa en la cuarta edición del programa ELKANO promovido por GAIA y la UPV/ EHU para incluir en su oficina de El Salvador a un titulado guipuzcoano.

Araldi has taken part in the fourth edition of the Elkano International mobility programme targeted at new university graduates for work practice in Basque companies in the electronic and IT sector with overseas implementation and sponsored by the UPV/EHU and GAIA.

Through this programme, Araldi has incorporated Xabier Gaztañaga into its branch office in El Salvador.

Like Xabier, another 4 San Sebastian graduates of the UPV/EHU have been selected for the programme to travel to other countries and carru out work practice in Basque companies.

 "Wanting to work and being motivated by the project have been a deciding factor for my colleagues and I to have been chosen to take part in this programme" says Xabier on being asked about the requirements to form part of the programme.

The scholarship programme comprises three phases, and travelling abroad is the last of these. In previous phases, Xabier and his colleagues carried out a training course and have also worked in the Basque Country offices of the participating company.
